Out for an afternoon retail romp, Miley Cyrus and her mom caused a paparazzi and fan feeding frenzy as they ventured out for a shopping spree at the Americana shopping mall in Glendale on Tuesday (January 27).The “Hannah Montana” starlet spent over an hour at BCBG Max Azria before heading to lunch at Katsuya and finishing with trips to Barneys and Kitson.
