There is a story about a 9 year old girl and 5 year old boy who broke into a house and stole Christmas gifts, and one of the gifts they stole was the Hannah Montana CD (they also stole the Jonas Brothers CD). How cruel can these kids be? ;)

According to a recent article on Access Hollywood, Miley is very sad about the leaked photos of her and her friend.

“They’re nothing bad!” the 15-year-old teen sensation told New York’s Z100 radio station on Friday night.

She basically said they were just photos she took with her friend in fun.

A 6 year old entered a contest with her eassy about her dad dying in Iraq in the war. She won with the essay and the prize was tickets to the "Best of Both Worlds" concert. The problem is her dad didn't die, he's still alive.

Her mother was quoted as saying:

"We wrote whatever we could to win," she said. "It said to write an essay. It never said it had to be true. I never said it was true. ... It was just an essay. We wrote whatever we could to win."

Great example you're setting for your daughter mom.

According to MySpace rumors, Miley may have already found a new beau.

'Miley Radio!' to air December 28th through January 1st

Miley Cyrus, star of Disney Channel's Hannah Montana, will take time out of her sold out US tour to take over SIRIUS Satellite Radio's SIRI Hits 1 channel. The pop sensation will play her favorite songs, share stories and countdown the year's top 45 pop songs. Miley Radio! will premiere December 28th at 12 pm ET and run through January 1st on SIRIUS Hits 1 channel 1.

Miley Radio! will feature Miley Cyrus counting down the 45 biggest pop songs in North America in a year-end edition of SIRIUS Hits 1 Weekend Countdown. Miley will also host special editions of Hit-Bound, SIRIUS Hits 1's show that uncovers artists and songs that are poised to be the next big thing; and Best of Live Earth Countdown, a recount of the most memorable moments from Live Earth. Miley will also share her personal stories and favorite songs throughout Miley Radio!.

Miley Cyrus, daughter of country music singer Billy Ray Cyrus, became an overnight sensation as the breakout star of Disney Channel's hit series Hannah Montana. In 2007, Miley embarked on the "Best of Both Worlds" tour performing as both herself and Hannah Montana. Tickets for the 54 city North American tour sold out in record time.
